Synergy Essex deliver multiple service types e.g., ISVA service, adult counselling service etc. Individuals may access one or more of our services.
Synergy Essex Website has received 878,630 hits since launching (01/04/2016) and 2,375,521 hits to individual centre websites. The Essex wide 'one number' (active from 3rd January 2017) has received 40,441 calls to the 'one' telephone number and a total 86,585 calls directly to the three Essex centres.
Synergy Essex has received 25,026 online referrals from organisations and 7,431 online self- referrals from individuals since the inception of the online referral portal (1st April 2016).
Mental Health & IAPT referrals account for 20% of new referrals to Synergy Essex this year (2024-25) and Local Authority referrals account for 7% new referrals to Synergy Essex this year (2024-25)
31% of Victims and Survivors have experienced sexual violence or sexual abuse within a domestic abuse setting.
