Synergy Essex Website has received 79,275 hits this year (2025-26) and 644,362 hits to individual centre websites. The Essex wide 'one number' has received 12,328 calls to the 'one' telephone number this year (2025-26) and a total 21,286 calls directly to the three Essex centres.
Synergy Essex has received 28,341 online referrals from organisations and 9,120 online self- referrals from individuals since the inception of the online referral portal (1st April 2016).
Mental Health & IAPT referrals account for 16% of new referrals to Synergy Essex this year (2025-26) and Local Authority referrals account for 6.4% new referrals to Synergy Essex this year (2025-26)
24% of Victims and Survivors have experienced sexual violence or sexual abuse within a domestic abuse setting.
